Cape Town police investigating Eerste River mass shooting
A woman, three teenagers and two children, aged 5 and 6, were found with gunshot wounds to their bodies at a park in Spandau Village. The woman and one of the children died in hospital.

CAPE TOWN - Police are investigating a mass shooting, involving children, in Eerste River.
The gun attack happened on Monday.
Investigators said that the motive for the shooting was not yet known.
Kleinvlei police responded to a complaint of a shooting at a park in Spandau Village.
First responders found a woman, three teenagers and two children, aged 5 and 6, with gunshot wounds to their bodies.
The 49-year-old woman and 5-year-old child died in hospital on Monday night.
Detectives are investigating the circumstances around the shooting and are searching for the gunman, who fled the scene.
Police are appealing to anyone with information about the crime to come forward.
