On Tuesday, the demonstration was mirrored in various parts of the country organised by several non-profit organisations who demand justice for the girl and many other children who have faced similar violations.
Hundreds of residents from different parts of the province marched in honor of the little girl who was assaulted in 2026.
The protesters, who walked from Joubert Park in Joburg’s CBD to the Education Department, expressed anger about what had happened to the child.
As Chiloane addressed the supporters, many were chanting that they do not want words but more action.
“And we agree with you, no more, its time for action.”
More protests are expected to continue on Wednesday.
