WATCH: Influencer’s morning routine goes viral (for all the wrong reasons)
Chante Hohip
25 March 2025 | 13:34The fitness bros are at it again.
702’s Bongani Bingwa catches up on the latest viral content with Jonathan ‘Khabazela’ Fairbairn.
This fitness influencer did not get the reaction he was looking for with his latest morning routine video.
With over 700 million views on X (formerly Twitter), Ashton Hall has social media users both amazed and deeply confused.
His six-hour routine from 3.30 am to 9.30 am includes mouth taping, face ice baths with premium bottled water, meditating, shirtless push-ups and a quick swim where he hovers in the air for four minutes - if the time stamps are to be believed.
“I don’t know where he gets the energy to do this kind of stuff in the morning."
– Jonathan ‘Khabazela’ Fairbairn, What’s Gone Viral

While his 8.9 million followers may be used to his hustle fitness culture, the rest of us were left in complete awe.
Social media lit up with memes, even from some well-known brands like Walmart, Spotify and even YouTube’s most subscribed creator, Mr Beast.
