Online gambling company Betway, under the brand Boza betting, was advertising free Wi-Fi at the Edenvale home affairs office last week.
This sparked outrage with many feeling it was inappropriate to show gambling-related promotions at a government service centre.
Gana says they are vehemently against the advertising of gambling and betting in this way.
“There is 24-hour-a-day advertising of gambling everywhere you turn.”

He adds that if Betway wants to sponsor Wi-Fi they must do it unbranded.
