CAPE TOWN - Humanitarian organisation, Gift of the Givers, will remain in Knysna till the end of this week while providing water to residents.

Gift of the Givers' Mario Ferreira said humanitarian aid would continue assisting the residents.
"The whole of Knysna is still having water problems. They're pumping into reservoirs, they're filling reservoirs, trickle feed to certain areas whenever they can just to have some water in the taps," said Ferreira.
He added that water issues have been an ongoing issue for Knysna residents.
"We will continue with the service provided by the Gift of the Givers, we can't see this as a quick fix that everything will be up and running and sorted for the whole of Knysna within a couple of days," said Ferreira.
